Bar lengths are pixel widths, and the app rescales every snapshot so its widest bar is exactly 495 px — the row outlined in gold. Pixel widths are therefore not comparable between snapshots, so the change column shows share of book in percentage points, which is scale-invariant. Fuel/wall ratios are within a single snapshot and need no correction. No breakout / contested / capped labels are shown: those thresholds have not been calibrated yet, and inventing them would be guessing. One broker's retail clients only — not bank or fund orders.
